For over a decade, I have dedicated my time to learn and develop, not only my skills, but my mindset in some of the most prestigious and influential kitchens in England today. Cooking my way round countless luxury hotels, learning new skills from the world famous boutique store Harrod's in their amazing food-hall and patisserie, to sky rocketing my career in the most influential and creative restaurant of our time, the three Michelin star restaurant, The Fat Duck.
I have made this portfolio to show my work over the past decade. I hope you have as much fun looking through these creations as it was making them.
